Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Digital Improvement Developer (PowerBI). The expected annual salary range for this role is $97000 - $143000 a year. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you’ll do:** The Digital Improvement Developer (PowerBI) will be part of the Critical Power Solutions Operational Excellence team contributing to the continuous improvement of our digital capabilities and processes. The selected candidate will leverage their knowledge and skills of PowerBI. This role will plan & implement BI (dashboards/reports) solutions that will improve the efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction of our service delivery. This role will collaborate with the business stakeholders, IT partners, and external vendors to understand the business needs, analyze the data, and design process-driven solutions that meet business requirements. In this role, you will: + Analyze business requirements and processes, and translate them into user stories, wireframes, and specifications for BI solutions + Translate business requirements into data driven dashboards and reports. + Collaborate with BI and Data engineers to design solutions aligned with business goals and priorities + Validate and test dashboards and analytics models ensuring accuracy, positive user experience, and business relevance. + Create and Maintain documentation for all solutions including functional and design specifications, process flow charts, etc. + Help define success metrics, adoption plans, and communication strategies for new analytics solutions. + Support training, onboarding, and change management to increase adoption across business + Monitor dashboard performance and gather feedback to continuously refine existing solutions and identify new opportunities. + Collaborate with the IT partners and Data Engineer to integrate the solutions with Snowflake Datawarehouse, Power BI Dataflows and other systems and platforms + Participate in weekly project updates and backlog reviews **Qualifications:** **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in from an accredited institution + Minimum of three (3) years of data management experience developing PowerBI solutions + Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
