YOUR ROLE
As our Digital Identity Consultant, you will be responsible for striving to improve our client’s security posture through delivering critical Digital Identity solutions and outcomes. Digital Identity Consultants will lead small projects or be part of large engagements end to end delivery engagements, supporting our senior digital identity specialists and empowering our Digital Identity Analysts to perform to their maximum potential.

Perform various Digital Identity services including but not limited to:
- Digital Identity Architecture and Design for Customer IAM and Workforce IAM
- Cloud Digital Identity, including AWS, Azure, Google, Ping Identity, SailPoint, Okta, and CyberArk

Develop, use and improve the company’s methodologies to provide effective Digital Identity advice and series

Ability to apply best practice frameworks including ISO27001, ISO27002 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework, NIST SP 800-63k, Information Security Manual (ISM)

Develop and deliver training and/or speaking material for pubic and/or private events

Apply best practice technology frameworks for Identity tooling including Ping, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, and AWS, Azure and GCP including CIS benchmarks

Maintain knowledge of industry insights and proactively research/ emerging security risks, controls, applicable regulations and trends
 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING
On day one in this role, we'll expect you to bring the following skills, experience and behaviours: 

A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not essential

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital identity or cyber security

Experience with either Ping Identity, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk and Cloud Digital Identity technologies

Ability to apply best practice frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, ASD Essential Eight

Ability to apply best practice technology frameworks such as CIS benchmarks for AWS, GCP, and Azure

Ability to articulate business outcomes including the implications and accurately calculate risks of findings in relation to the business goals of our clients

Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly explain concepts

Open-minded and forward-thinking in terms of vision for the business and team culture
