The Opportunity

For our Core Diagnostics Division CDx we are looking for Digital Health Solutions Consultant to support the further development and adoption of our AlinIQ digital ecosystem, across Czechia and Slovakia.

This position is designed for professionals who combine consultative capability, commercial understanding, and a strong interest in digital solutions, rather than deep technical IT specialization.

The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to laboratories and hospital stakeholders, identifying operational needs and aligning them with the most suitable AlinIQ digital solutions. The role includes customer engagement, workflow assessment, solution recommendation, and support during and after deployment.

What You'll do:

Conduct analyses of laboratory processes and discuss operational challenges with customers to identify digital opportunities.

Recommend suitable AlinIQ solutions based on customer requirements and workflow characteristics.

Support pre‑sales activities, such as product demonstrations, value discussions, and preparation of customer documentation.

Deliver clear and structured presentations on digital solutions to laboratory leadership and operational teams.

Provide functional training and ongoing support to ensure effective solution adoption and long-term satisfaction.

Contribute to the development of Statements of Work (SOW) and collaborate closely with the sales and delivery organization.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships and support long-term customer success.

Driving sales performance through accurate forecasting, proactive mitigation planning, and delivering strategic business reviews that support sustainable growth

Required qualifications & background:

Good understanding of IT technology within hospital and laboratory environment, how technology drives value in the broader healthcare and laboratory space.

University degree in Life Sciences, Medical Technology, Business, IT, or related discipline.

Experience in consulting, solution sales, customer success, digital health, or similar customer-facing roles.

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.

Understanding of digital workflows in healthcare or laboratory environments (preferred but not mandatory).

Analytical approach and ability to translate operational needs into solution requirements.

Fluent in English and the local language, with availability for regular travel.

Ability to travel on a daily basis across assigned territory.
