Job Summary

The Digital Health Product Manager / Strategist I will provide leadership, administration, and management of the activities and resources for a variety of digital products that range in size and impact within the organization. The Product Manager / Strategist I will engage in market research to inform product strategy and ensures that these products are completed within the defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.

SALARY

The pay range for this position is $31.73 (entry-level qualifications) - $53.42 (highly experienced) The specific rate will depend upon the successful candidate’s specific qualifications and prior experience

Essential Functions of the Role

Stay up to date on latest consumer technology and trends, demonstrate a point of view on experience and interface design and ensure that the customer voice is present throughout the product cycleAssists Prod Mgr II and III in identifying problems/opportunities from a Digital Innovation perspectiveAssist in developing vision and delivery of innovative new products to keep the business relevant and results-orientedAssist in conducting market research to identify user need for new productsAssist in gathering, distilling, and synthesizing business requirements and translate effectively into product requirements and technical specificationsPrioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during researchCo-Lead planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of productsManages cross-functional teams in business, product, design, clinical, operationsDevelops and distributes communication plansAssists in management of scope, cost, schedule and quality of large-scale, complex and strategic productsEffectively identifies and resolves issues and risk, communicating out when necessaryWorks with client team to implement change management processesDevelop metrics to assess the success of products and features and establish necessary enhancementsProvides operational assistance for the digital teamInforms leadership and stakeholders of key activities and makes progress reports summarizing project status, risks and required actions and timelinesMaintains and ensures accuracy of project documents and reportsCombine with Digital Team leadership to assist with strategy, where needed
