We are looking for a Digital Graphic Designer who is responsible for producing a steady flow of fresh, culturally relevant content on a weekly and monthly cadence. Their work fuels organic social channels and paid advertising, helping keep our brands visible, relevant, and connected to culture. Generators are hands-on makers who move quickly, work iteratively, and thrive in a fast-paced content environment.
What You’ll Do
Create consistent, platform-relevant content for organic social and paid mediaRespond to cultural moments, trends, and brand priorities with speed and creativityDesign and produce content across formats (static, simple motion, short-form video)Collaborate closely with Adapters and Animators to evolve content over timeMaintain brand voice, visual standards, and quality across all outputsWrite creative concepts and bring them to lifeRequired Skills & Experience
Strong design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, composition)Experience creating content for social and performance marketing platformsComfort working in fast cycles and producing high volumes of contentCultural awareness and understanding of social trendsProficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)Ability to take direction and iterate quickly based on feedbackCreative writingJob Qualifications
BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field.3+ years of experience as a Digital Graphic Designer, with expertise in online e-commerce platforms and social platform requirementsA strong portfolio demonstrating mastery in digital graphic design and brand expression. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving, and technical mastery.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to problem solve and work effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.Adaptability and comfort in a dynamic environment, with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning.Strong time and project management skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects.Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
