Key Accountabilities:
Identify, evaluate and recommend various Data & Analytics opportunities (internal as well as external)Constant engagement with Finance teams, Mondelez Digital Services teams, and other functional teams, with the objective of assessing various Finance processes and finding opportunities to bring in efficiencies / best practices / control / savings / productivity / simplification.Take on the Project Lead / Manager (and occasionally, Change Manager) role as needed for identified digitization projects in AMEA and ensure that these are delivered as per expectations, within timelines and costs specified.Help build digital Finance competencies within AMEA on current as well as upcoming relevant technologies. Be the Digital go-to person for Finance.Strengthen the engagement within the AMEA Digital Finance community with regular alignments with stakeholders, sharing timely updates on new programs / initiatives and relevant news on the digital front.Job Specific Requirements
With at least 5 to 7 years of experience in the finance and technology function in MNC with exposure towards analysis, forecasting and reportingMust have finance understanding together with strong IT / technology experienceSound understanding of the consumer goods industry and the inter-play within various functionsStrong end-to-end business understanding of how each process impacts and interacts with the ERPTechnical Requirements:
Proficient Excel and PowerPoint SkillsApplied experience of Business Intelligence software (Power BI and Tableau), including experience in reviewing/improving UX/designs.Working knowledge with high level of comfort of SAP, HFM and its various modules – Order to Cash, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Purchase to Pay, Reporting, Production etcGeneral Attributes:
Ability to Influence Business partners, internal and external stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Approachable and ability to have meaningful conversations across all levels. Ability to change gears quickly and easily, depending upon the changing requirements of the businessGood connect with various industry players, technology providers, consultants etc to gauge the market trends well in advanceHigh on innovation with an equally high problem-solving approachEffective written and oral communication.
