 Role Purpose
The Digital Solution Lead acts as the strategic orchestrator of digital initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical architecture and delivery execution. This role bridges business and technology, driving solution design, feasibility, and stakeholder engagement. In addition to delivery ownership, the Digital Solution Lead is responsible for the leadership and coordination of team members within their service stream, ensuring alignment, clarity of roles and consistent execution across the software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Own the digital solution strategy and ensure alignment with business goals. Lead cross-functional collaboration between business, architecture, and engineering teams. Lead and mentor service stream team members Orchestrate resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of qualitative software applications Support business case development and risk/compliance triage. Oversee solution design and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards. Facilitate estimation, planning and prioritization activities. Act as escalation point for delivery risks and blockers. Ensure traceability from business requirements to technical implementation.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

Solution Alignment: % of solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and business goals. Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback from business and technical teams. Delivery Confidence: Reduction in escalations and blockers during execution. Documentation Quality: Solution design and decision traceability. Collaboration Effectiveness: Quality of cross-team engagement and responsiveness. Estimation Accuracy: Variance between estimated and actual delivery effort.

SDLC Responsibility Summary

Ideation: Leads business case definition and risk triage. Discovery: Owns solution design and estimation refinement. Execution: Supports sprint planning, architecture reviews, and delivery oversight. Post-Deployment: Ensures solution handover and operational readiness.
