Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. + Full Time role + Contract 12 months + 4 days working in office / week (Sydney Office) **Overview:** We are looking for a Digital Experience Lead - Search and Shelf to drive superior brand experiences across Colgate-Palmolive’s portfolio of powerhouse brands, on various retailer eCommerce platforms. In this role, you will lead the discoverability strategy to deliver optimal digital consumer experiences. This includes maximizing our digital shelf presence through optimised product content to enhance the shopper experience, as well as leading the search strategy (paid + organic) to drive visibility and increase conversion. You will work closely with the Customer Development team, Brand Marketing team, Digital Hub partners, and external customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial understanding of retailers & the retail environment, digital media/retail media, and a background with experience managing the digital shelf and paid search. The role includes a direct report - a digital shelf merchandiser. You will oversee the development of the digital shelf to drive brand experience and conversion, and lead reporting to share insights within the wider business. **In this role you will:** + Lead the wider digital shelf strategy to drive eCommerce growth and superior brand experience, working with cross-functional teams and customers + Lead overall retailer search strategy, supported by agency, managing budgets and bids, optimizing account configuration, keyword targeting and reporting/insights + Oversee the development of best-in-class A+ Content and Product Detail Page (PDP) management, including Above-the-Fold (ATF) and Below-the-Fold content, for all key retailer websites and internal platforms to maximize conversion and brand storytelling + Identify optimisation opportunities across the digital shelf to ensure high visibility, discoverability, and purchase intent on retailer platforms, collaborating closely with Brand Marketing and Customer Development teams. + Drive online revenue growth across major retailers by ensuring optimal digital shelf presentation and continuous content optimization + Foster a performance culture via continuously measuring and sharing the results of digital shelf performance, sales, and market shares to optimize strategy, content and execution + Being experimental, testing, and learning with new strategies and tools to increase overall brand visibility and performance through enhanced digital shelf experiences + Be the voice of the digital shelf & search within the wider organisation to build digital capabilities with the wider teams + External collaboration with key retail partners to drive strong partnerships, aspiring to be at the forefront of the changing digital retail landscape + Coach a direct report, developing their expertise to deliver outstanding digital shelf results **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree + 7+ years work experience with focus on digital commerce and paid search (FMCG retail search preferred), digital shelf or similar directly related experience + Established and proven search experiences on retailer platforms + Proficient in the English language **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
