Digital Executive - Grenade
**Job Description** We are looking for an exceptional Digital Executive to supporting and driving our eCommerce business. The From campaign execution across the website, this role is responsible for trade plan execution, landing page builds, content updates, and ongoing website maintenance, ensuring campaigns launch on time, on brand, and optimised for conversion. This role is responsible for trade plan implementation on site, landing page builds, content updates, and ongoing website maintenance, ensuring campaigns launch on time, on brand, and optimised for conversion. The role works closely with E-commerce, CRM, Paid Media, and Brand teams to ensure the website supports commercial priorities and delivers a best-in-class customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** + Support key trading moments, promotions and launches. + Update campaign landing pages, product detail pages and collection pages. + Ensure campaigns are live accurately and on time across all site touchpoints. + Content & Merchandising + On-site content updates in line with brand and trading priorities. + Support product launches with accurate copy, imagery, and merchandising. + Maintain content across the site. + Website Maintenance & Optimisation + Own day-to-day website maintenance, including QA, bug logging, and issue resolution. + Support basic CRO improvements and A/B testing where required. + Ensure site content aligns with user experience, performance, and SEO best practices. + Work closely with CRM, Paid Media, and Brand teams to ensure campaign alignment. + Support reporting and post-campaign reviews with insights and learnings. **What you will bring** + A passion for e-commerce, digital, or website management roles. + Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Shopify preferred). + Strong attention to detail and comfort working in fast-paced trading environments. + Basic understanding of e-commerce KPIs preferred. **Relocation Support Available?** **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
