Job Summary:
The role is responsible for leading and executing comprehensive digital marketing and customer engagement strategies. It involves planning and activating digital initiatives across various platforms, managing cross-channel campaigns, optimizing digital media investments, and measuring the impact of digital efforts. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with brand objectives, regulatory standards, and emerging technologies, ultimately driving customer engagement and brand growth.
Major Responsibilities:
Digital Engagement Planning and Activation :
Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing initiatives, including, but not limited to, digital marketing, websites, micro-sites, social media, and customer portals. Manage affiliate/cluster digital activities investments within allocated budgets and strive for coherence, investment efficiency, and cross-portfolio synergies. Ensure tracking of all e-activities and a continuous feedback loop and updates.Customer Engagement and Campaign Management:
Direct, establish, and control the delivery of cross-channel digital and customer engagement solutions using all available or new tools and solutions.Determine and evaluate the timely delivery of integrated customer engagement implementation, ensuring that content messaging is compliant and aligned with sales strategies, market opportunities, content marketing, brand standards, and industry regulationsEstablish recommendations to enhance digital marketing infrastructure and capabilities to amplify customer engagement and brand activation, and stay current with emerging technologies.Digital Media Planning:
Partner with Media Planning agencies to ensure Brand teams have the strongest possible digital media mix across all channels. Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies in marketing spending and new opportunities to accelerate brand growth.Impact Measurement and Digital Effectiveness Measurement:
Establish activities KPIs, reporting mechanism, ROI calculation, and success determinants Evaluate digital activities performance by collaborating with internal resources and external services to develop the required dashboards for monitoring and reporting measurements periodicallyEducation/Knowledge & Experience:
Business Degree (Specialization in Marketing or Media sciences ); Additional Certification in Digital marketing/IT would be an advantage2-3 years of relevant experience; preferably digital marketing experience in FMCG/ consumer healthIn-depth knowledge of current digital trends and experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword researchSocial media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends and a strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovationExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.Thorough knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices and ability to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trends.Strong project management skillsAnalytical mind, with a passion for measuring data and understanding of website analytics tools
