**Responsibilities**
We are looking for a data-driven dedicated DEX Administrator to take full ownership of our ControlUp ecosystem.
In this role, you will serve as our internal subject matter expert, leading the charge in optimizing digital experience across both virtual (Citrix, VMware, AVD) and physical environments.
The ideal candidate isn’t just looking to manage tools but is passionate about creating a seamless, high-performance workspace for every employee, regardless of their hardware. We require a high level of PowerShell proficiency to build out custom, automated remediations that stay ahead of technical debt.
**Technical Requirements**
+ ControlUp Mastery: Advanced administration of Real-Time DX, as well as the ability to solve issues across virtual and physical fleets.
+ PowerShell Expert: Deep proficiency in writing custom scripts for Automated Actions and proactive environment self-healing.
+ DEX Data Analysis: Ability to translate Insights and Agent reporting into actionable remediation plans to reduce technical debt.
+ Hybrid VDI Expertise: Strong technical command of Citrix, VMware Horizon, and AVD performance tuning.
+ Endpoint Optimization: Experience maintaining health and performance standards for both physical (Windows/macOS) and virtual endpoints.
+ Root Cause Analysis: Expert at diagnosing logon delays, protocol latency, and resource bottlenecks using ControlUp’s deep-metric toolsets.
+ Infrastructure Maintenance: Responsible for the upkeep of Monitors, Data Collectors, and integration with AD/GPOs.
+ ITSM Integration: Experience linking ControlUp triggers with external platforms like ServiceNow for automated ticketing.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
