Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division of Bosch offers comprehensive products and services to the automotive spare parts sector and workshops worldwide.
The division manages its business activities in 17 countries in Türkiye and the Middle East region with over 150 employees located in cities such as Istanbul headquarters, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Adana, Dubai, Riyadh, and Jeddah.
Mobility Aftermarket division produces spare parts, workshop equipment and services for all mobility devices such as passenger cars, commercial vehicles. Within the division there are different working departments such as sales, marketing, supply chain, technical support and training, communication, and franchise service management.
The Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division is also responsible for the development of the service network by providing end-to-end solutions to over 500 franchise service concepts such as Bosch Car Service and Bosch Diesel Service in the region.

Job DescriptionAs Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division, we are looking for a new associate as Digital Ecosystem Program Roll-Out Manager. The position will be responsible for rolling out our digital ecosystem software products, used by our Bosch Car Service network partners (car repair & maintenance workshops). The position will be located in Maltepe, Istanbul.

Create a plan for the rollout of the deployment activities of the project ensuring that project is delivered in scope and within forecasted cost, time and required quality.Responsible for plan & carry out testing of software according to the pre-agreed scope and scenarios and support functional developmentPlan & execute pilot for final testing and acceptance of the developed minimum viable productSetup of the roll-out partner(s) if needed including interfaces to Bosch local organizationDesign general roll-out process and deliverables with regards to standard documents, processes and synergiesLocalization of the roll-out process and deliverables with regards to local requirementsMonitor performance of project teams and subcontractorsSystem setup as per customer specific requirements (tenant creation, configuration and data migration)Deliver functional training about the software to the users so they can sufficiently operate the system after go-liveGoing live with the software, including the handover, initial go-live processes and sign-off.Localize the support concept with regards to local requirements and organizationDocumentation of the requirements and requested scope, adjust functional documentation and share with the users as defined in the legal packageMonitors and controls product rollout through operational KPIsDetermine the causes of any perceived deviationsFlag and resolve any issues to ensure a smooth transition to the live environmentCooperate with Bosch central teams in headquarter as well as local teams to follow up and improve concept related projectsQualificationsPreferably experience in automotive aftermarket services and deep understanding of workshop management processesStrong customer-focused skillsReliable & strong presentation skills and persuasive communicationStrong verbal and written negotiation skills in English and TurkishGood command of MS Office Tools, PowerBI knowledgeStrong project management skills (PMP is a plus)High process orientationQuality management experienceStructured and independent working style along with the intrinsic motivation to make things happenGood problem-solving skillsKnowledge of business transformation and change managementTeam player; Think partnerships.
