Your responsibilities in our Traineeship Program:You will be accountable for supporting, simplifying and assisting in executing strategies within the team or organization.Work on corporate digital systems and infrastructure.Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services or products under guidance.Work with P&G cross-functional team to digitize and transform business processes.Coordination and support of ongoing digital projects. The digital solutions we build help efficiently enable high-quality collaboration, analyze data to deliver business insights, allow our automated manufacturing plants to operate robustly, ensure cybersecurity, and more.All of our positions are entry-level management roles. With the development of your outstanding operational and leadership skills, we can provide dynamic advancement opportunities.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for YOU if:You are a student in your last year of engineering or technical manager or any STEM fields Bsc/Msc studies or graduated at the last 12 month. Preferred degrees are Computer Science, IT, Automation, Management/Business Information Systems, majoring in Computer Sciences or similar.Available for 24-40 hours/weekYour English and Hungarian language skills are at a level capable of communication, both in writing and oralYou have strong leadership and excellent communication skillsCharacterized by good problem-solving skills, systems approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, flexibilityYou like to work in a team, but at the same time willing to work independentlyYou are open and motivated to acquire new knowledge as an engineer and managerYou use Microsoft O365 tools at a professional level (PowerBI, PowerAutomate knowledge is strong advantage)Own software development skills
