This is where you come in: We’re seeking a talented and creative Design Manager, Social & Digital to join our Global Corporate Design team in our New York City office. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and delivering compelling content that reflects PepsiCo’s position as a global leader in food and drinks—enjoyed more than a billion times a day in over 200 countries and territories. In this role, you’ll help shape how the world sees PepsiCo — from our iconic brands to the people behind them — and the bold moves we’re making for the planet and our communities. You’ll create stunning content for global social channels, websites, and digital platforms seen by billions. This position requires a high level of skill, confidence, and resourcefulness. Responsibilities Owns the design and production of content for owned social and digital channels, ensuring it aligns with our Global Communications strategy, collaborating closely with the PepsiCo Global Communications Digital team. Conducts brainstorming sessions and collaborates with the design team toward big ideas, innovative executions, and new opportunities for organic social growth Creates static, video, and motion design assets for social, web, and digital media templates, style guides, playbooks, and presentation decks Collaborates on a monthly content planning calendar and stays current on the latest trends and best practices in social content design, with the ability to activate on trends quickly and proactively Ensures content is produced to agreed scopes and timescales, including integrated projects where digital, print, events, media, and social media components all require cohesion Develops strong relationships with internal peers and collaborates on the execution of shared projects Partners with agencies, when required, to lead the art direction and storytelling Collaborate with global social media team on post-publication content performance, identifying top-performing creative and make strategic design decisions as a result for internal and external audiences Manages vendors, budgets, and freelance creatives, as required Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Qualifications Self-directed, detail-oriented, collaborative, resourceful, ambitious, and entrepreneurial A portfolio that shows a high level of social media design, typography, and video editing skills, exemplifying your passions and interests as a creative professional Bachelor’s degree in design with a minimum of 7+ years’ experience in a design role working on social and digital content for brands, agencies, or digital editorial products Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite software Motion graphics, VFX and animation capabilities/experience preferred Comfortable learning new software including 3D rendering applications Experience conceptualizing and producing diverse content for multiple platforms Ability to work in an agile, dynamic work environment with a start-up mentality (comfortable with risk and uncertainty) Ability to multitask.
