Responsibilities The Opportunity Responsible for delivering volume and net revenue results for the General Trade channel (80% of the business), co-leading with our Bottler Quilmes market programs, capex investments, incentive schemes, and commercial strategy on the bottler’s B2B platform (Bees) Your Impact Lead Bees agenda for PEP brands. Build strong franchise relationship and support ABI NABs & Bees team. Guide bottler´s Sales team on PEP brands execution of commercial plans and sales programs. Deliver AOP targets (sales, market share, net revenue, NOPBT). Lead channel diagnosis and action plans during monthly commercial review in order to deliver value added information to the bottler and key customers by leveraging insights and data to craft stories and unlock profitable volume growth. Conduct quarterly business review with bottler top management and key distributors to review current state of the BEES agenda and identify future opportunities as well as to align on future activities and goals. Execute AOP initiatives jointly with bottler and customers. Contribute to unlock Better Together synergy. Build network within LAB Bev Team. Create and share Capabilities. Coach Franchise team and bottler organization to build sales & Franchise skills, providing constructive, actionable feedback to help people improve their performance. Identify functional GAPs and set development objectives against key opportunities (self and team). Influencing/Team Alignment: Keeps people focused on the right priorities and gain system alignment (PEP / Bottler). Recognizes and celebrates the significant achievements of others.
