Digital Dealer Interactive Marketing Specialist

We’re seeking a highly organized and strategic Dealer Digital Program Manager to oversee the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram (CDJR) Dealer Digital Program. This role serves as the primary liaison between the CDJR brand teams and our digital execution team. You’ll be responsible for aligning brand initiatives with dealer digital presence, managing third-party vendor relationships, and ensuring consistent, brand-compliant website experiences across our dealership network.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, program management, or a related field, preferably in the automotive industry Strong understanding of dealership operations and automotive brand compliance standards Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and brand leadership Proven track record of managing multiple vendors and complex digital initiatives Experience with budgeting and financial oversight for large-scale programs Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail Confidence in decision-making and ability to balance brand priorities with dealer needsPreferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with CDJR digital tools, platforms, or programs is a strong plus Automotive retail, vendor, agency or OEM experience Experience working with dealer website platforms (e.g., CDK, Dealer.com, Sincro) Familiarity with compliance processes and digital advertising policies Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, matrixed organization
