Job Title: Digital Data Records Specialist
Job Description
As a Digital Data Records Specialist, you will be an integral part of the ACM Digital Data department, focusing on the processing and retention of aircraft maintenance records. Your primary goal is to ensure the accuracy and completeness of these records, facilitating seamless data migration and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Digital Data department.Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness.Identify, track, and upload corrections to discrepant records.Ensure timely, accurate, and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the AirVault system.Collaborate directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other internal groups when records are needed.Serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries.Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data.Distribute and retain documents as required by AA and FAA policy.Reconcile all aircraft log pages.Prepare and scan aircraft records and maintenance paperwork (specific locations only).Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the Coordinator or Manager.Essential Skills
Associates degree or equivalent experience/training.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated with a 'can do' attitude.Strong confidentiality maintenance.Capability to handle multiple duties/priorities daily; effective under deadlines.Ability to maintain focus while working at a computer for extended periods.Effective communication skills, including reading and following directions.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Sound decision-making ability.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Records experience/knowledge desired; Aviation maintenance records experience/knowledge is a plus.Experience with SCEPTRE, AirVault, System Time Control, Maintenance Aircraft Planning System, and Lotus Notes is desired.10-key by touch and typing speed of 50 wpm.Work Environment
The position is on-site, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a fast-paced environment that requires adaptation to change and the ability to maintain focus and accuracy under deadlines.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
