Position Overview
The Digital Data Records Specialist plays a key role within the organization’s digital records team, supporting the processing, organization, and long‑term retention of aircraft maintenance documentation. This role ensures records are accurate, complete, and properly prepared for digital migration while supporting compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Responsibilities
+ Become familiar with departmental policies, workflows, and documentation requirements.
+ Review and process maintenance records to verify accuracy and completeness.
+ Identify discrepancies, track needed corrections, and upload updated documentation.
+ Support timely and accurate migration of data from legacy formats into the designated digital records system.
+ Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other internal teams when records are requested.
+ Coordinate with Compliance personnel regarding regulatory inquiries.
+ Investigate and resolve unmatched or incomplete aircraft data.
+ Manage distribution and retention of documents in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
+ Reconcile aircraft log pages and related documentation.
+ Prepare, scan, and digitize maintenance records (for applicable locations).
+ Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned by leadership.
Essential Skills
+ Associate degree or equivalent combination of experience and training.
+ Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team; proactive and dependable.
+ Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
+ Skilled at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
+ Ability to stay focused during extended computer‑based work.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to follow written instructions.
+ Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
+ Solid judgment and decision‑making ability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Prior experience with records management preferred; aviation maintenance records experience is a plus.
+ Familiarity with systems such as SCEPTRE, AirVault, System Time Control, Maintenance Planning tools, or Lotus Notes is beneficial.
+ Ability to use 10‑key by touch and type approximately 50 wpm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tulsa, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
