What's in it for you:

HVAC sales engineers promote and sell heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment (HVAC) of industrial size to commercial accounts. Much of this work involves finding good matches of equipment output and efficiency to match buildings and interior work areas. These engineers are responsible for ensuring that they provides optimum climate control/ventilation equipment for the particular setting without creating wasteful cost overruns for the purchaser or contractor.

What you will do:

Build strong customer relationships in driving penetration of HVAC solutions.Selling various HVAC units all over Indonesia, including but not limited to chiller and airside productPromote and propose Trane Controls Solutions to building owners, consultants, and contractorsProvide HVAC solutions and designs as per the customer's requirements.Build relationships and establish faithful customer network to achieve market penetration.Supervise and organize bid preparation works and ensure accuracy of bid costing.Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customersResponsible to achieve individual order, revenue, and gross margin target

What you will bring:

Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/Industrial EngineeringGood understanding of the HVAC industry as well as experience working on a similar role and used to liaising directly with the clients, consultants, and contractors.At least 5 years of experience in selling HVAC unit / solutions package / building automation systemHaving good sales, negotiation, and customer relation skillsStrong work commitment and can work under pressureStrong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills
