As a Digital Content Strategist / Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and ensuring that content aligns with business goals and is effectively delivered across various platforms and devices in a timely manner.

 

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Support:  Support business stakeholders in creating content that is targeted to customer needs and interests as part of a consistent, connected content experience. Content Structure Design: Define the structure and organization of digital content, ensuring it is scalable and adaptable. Content Creation and Governance: Oversee the creation, editing, and publication of online content, enhancing the overall user experience while ensuring consistency and quality. Content Optimization: Evaluate existing content and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance user experience and engagement and effective content delivery. Leverage Search Engine Optimization expertise and platforms. Collaboration: As required, work closely with designers, writers, marketers, and other team members to produce cohesive and engaging content. Performance Analysis: As required, use tracking and analysis systems to gain insights for content optimization and to guide content strategy. Job Posting Qualifications

Job Posting Qualifications

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. 4+ years of relevant experience in content strategy, content architecture, digital marketing, or a similar role. Information Architecture / Taxonomy knowledge is highly desired. Demonstrated results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal focused plans that align with strategic objectives. Effective project management and organizational skills. Clear and compelling writing skills; strong oral communication skills; strong content presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals cross-organizationally, cross-functionally, and within a global matrix. Strong initiative and creativity. Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage digital workflows throughout the content lifecycle—from content planning, creation, development, publishing, valuation, and maintenance.  Attachments
