We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).  This role is expected to be in the office 4 days a week.

 

We’re looking for a motivated Manager to join the Advisor Services Digital Content, Channel and Client Engagement Marketing Team. As an individual contributor, you’ll create and manage engaging digital content experiences that earn and maintain confidence in Schwab, build awareness of the breadth and depth of Schwab's products and services and boost engagement with our digital channels and campaigns aimed at helping independent financial advisors be their best.

 

 

You'll spend your day-to-day:

 

Partnering on the strategy and execution of our content marketing program, including content creation, marketing, and channel management.Supporting and executing against SEO roadmap, making content easy to find and implementing site enhancements.Creating, updating, and supporting insights-driven content and modern, easy-to-navigate web experiences for advisors.Project managing your individual plans as well as cross-team plans, staying on deadlines per various project roadmaps.Contributing as a thought partner in solving complex problems.Working with agencies to bring AS digital experiences to life.

To ensure that we fulfill our promise of “challenging the status quo,” this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have:

 

 

Required Qualifications:

 

3-5 years of marketing experience with a focus on content marketing, SEO, and web design and management.Deep knowledge of content, UX and design, and digital marketing.An eye for writing and design with an ability to work with creative teams and agencies to build content and compelling digital experiences.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing briefs, copywriting, editing and proofreading.Strong PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Office Suite, and Teams.Experience with CMS (content management systems) and design tools and systems (Figma) is a plus.A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, related field, or equivalent work experience.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

Knowledge of the RIA industry is a plus.Strong attention to detail and organization skills, including collaborating with partners and teams in large scale projects.
