THE OPPORTUNTY
As a Senior Analyst, Digital Communications and Change, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to lead all organizational alignment initiatives related to GDD&T communications. You will be responsible for shaping the communications vision and defining an effective engagement strategy—including cadence, channels, audience segmentation, and tools—to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact.
This role is pivotal in fostering organizational agility and change readiness, serving as a key enabler of our ongoing digital transformation. You will help build a culture that embraces change, drives collaboration, and supports innovation at every level of the organization.
OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
As an OCM Senior Analyst, you will support small to medium-scale Change Management initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and adoption of digital transformation activities.Accompany the operational implementation of all Change Management services to deliver an excellent experience during dynamic times of change.Execute Change Management and Communications activities to support the adoption of new processes and technology to achieve our digital ambitions, ensuring an exceptional end user experience.Prepare Change Management assets, based on a defined strategic approachManage and monitor the change and suggest reinforcements to support the transition.ACCOUNTABILITIES

Technical/Functional (Line) Expertise
Experience with end-to-end change implementations for small-medium programs with knowledge of operational steps such as Change and Communication Strategy, Change Impact Assessment, Change Action Plan, Communications Planning, Training Needs Assessment, Training Curriculum, Readiness Assessment, etc.
Leadership
Driving participation and engaging with various stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SME) to enable key decision making and delivery.
Decision-making and Autonomy

Essentials
Appropriate Bachelor’s in related specialization area (e.g. Change Management, Communications, Business Administration, IT) is essential4-6 years of experience in Change Management in a global setting preferably in an IT functionExcellent oral and written communications skills, business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in managing change in a diverse data and digital technology landscapeAbility to manage change in a cross functional organization while being flexible and adaptable to work in ambiguous situationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal English) to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiencesAbility to work successfully in multi-cultural teams and to build and maintain strong relationship with key local and global stakeholdersPractice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environmentSkilled in problem-solving, able to identify and address challenges creatively and effectivelyExperience in Pharma and GxP projects is a plusSkills
