Your tasks and responsibilities:
Assist in creating visual, written content and developing, scheduling, also publishing posts across customer social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).Research trending topics, hashtags, and formats relevant to the industry. Monitor engagement and Ensure brand tone, visual identity, and messaging are consistent across all digital channels.Assist in researching podcast topics, scripting, guest outreach, and recording logistics.Collaborate with marketing, Business line, and sales teams to align content with ongoing campaigns.Your qualifications and experience:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (students from other disciplines are also welcome to apply).Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship.Previous internship experience in content creation or social media management is a plus.Your attributes and skills:
You are proficient (spoken and written) in Bahasa Indonesia and English and possess good communication skills.Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). Good communication skills in English and Bahasa IndonesiaBasic graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).Ability to use analytics tools and data interpretation to provide actionable recommendations.Highly proactive, creative, and a strong problem solver when facing challenges.Team player, able to manage tight deadlines, perform well under pressure, and bring innovative ideas to the table.Our global team:
