Commerce DevOps Hub is being established. The newly created organization, being an integral part of the Global Digital & Technology Function, is tasked with maintaining, but most importantly developing (functionally and technologically) IT solutions supporting the Commerce area at Heineken. Commerce DevOps Hub is located in Kraków and will include highly qualified IT professionals with direct contribution to both the technological development of the Heineken Commerce and the Hub itself.
As a Commerce Data Domain Lead, you will shape and execute HEINEKEN’s Commerce data strategy. You will ensure that high‑quality, future‑proof
data enables global initiatives, analytical use cases, and AI‑driven innovation across the commercial organization.
Your responsibilities would include:
- Delivering the vision & strategy for Commerce Data in HEINEKEN
- Acting as a strategic integrator across the value chain between business
product owners, local operating companies, and global teams to align on
Commerce data priorities and standards.
- Translating business requirements, vision and strategy from Capability
Owners into data capabilities and aligns with Commerce Data Owner and
our local companies
- Driving enterprise transparency and data maturity, and align with local
operating companies to define realistic timelines and expectations
- Shaping and prioritizing the Commerce Data roadmap and demand pipeline
into a clear, prioritized, and continuously refined domain-level backlog
- Managing the data and business definitions and data model
within the Data Domain
- Leading the agile delivery of data assets within a Commerce Data Domain
and directs (local) data stewards to ensure availability and integrity of
data
- Ensuring data quality of the KPI’s and metrics in the Data Domain are in
line with the data quality standards and leads the resolving of issues
- Connecting with other Data Domain Leads to resolve cross-domain data
requirements
- Leading the work performed by the data management teams and in our local operating companies, but with no direct reports
You are a good candidate if you have:
Experience
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in data, sales, or marketing roles
- Proven capability in leading strategic data programs across complex, global settings
- Track record of working with global stakeholders and aligning across teams
Preferred:
- Experience in the consumer goods industry and commercial processes
Knowledge level
Required:
- Deep understanding of data concepts, data modelling, data governance, and data quality frameworks
- Strong knowledge and experience with data platforms, master data management systems, data quality systems, data modelling and AI-driven
insights
- Good understanding of commercial platforms, like CRM systems, Salesforce systems, data provider platforms (e.g. Nielsen, Kantar)
- Ability to translate business requirements into data specifications
- Ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment in ambiguous environments
- Excellent influencing skills across senior business and technical audiences
- Knowledge of Commercial Processes within the consumer goods industry
- Higher education (college/university)
- A sales/marketing or IT background in studies
Preferred:
- Experience with Data and reporting Platforms, preferably Data Bricks and PowerBI
- Sales and financial sales processing knowledge in (SAP) ERP

- Strong project management, being able to align with multiple stakeholders both globally as well as in our local companies
