This role is an individual contributor position, but with leadership accountability for a team of 10 Digital CSA vendors operating across EMEA. These vendors are coordinated through a vendor team lead, whom you will coach and support to ensure operational excellence and customer impact.

Role Purpose

As a Digital Cloud Solution Architecture Lead, you will be responsible for driving Azure adoption and consumption across high-value committed milestones (>$10K) for Non-Unified and Non-DCSA pinned SME&C Corporate customers. Your primary goal is to achieve 95% commit-to-complete on all assigned milestones, ensuring customer success and business growth.

 

You will:

Coach and guide the vendor team lead to ensure the 10 Digital CSA vendors are equipped to deliver technical enablement and milestone execution.Lead milestone orchestration and pipeline hygiene across the region.Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with MCEM stages 4–5 and Azure consumption goals.
