This is your opportunity to help shape the communications infrastructure that keeps our global workforce informed, engaged, and aligned as we pioneer the future of energy solutions. **Primary Responsibilities:** + We're looking for an experienced communications professional who excels at both strategy and day-to-day execution. As our Digital Channels & Operations Manager, you'll manage the platforms, processes, and workflows that power our communications across the organization. + You'll work primarily with internal communications — managing our intranet, sending leadership messages and employee newsletters, and engagement platforms — while also providing operational support for external communications tools and social media when needed. This hybrid approach gives you exposure to the full communications function while focusing on the systems and processes that make it all work effectively. + We have significant opportunities to optimize and implement new solutions to deliver the best-in-class employee experience our workforce deserves. We need someone who understands what it takes to get there and can effectively collaborate with IT and HR teams to make it happen. **What You’ll Do** + Own day-to-day publishing across internal communications platforms (PowerNet, Poppulo) with attention to detail that elevates content quality before it goes live; provide operational support for corporate social media channels and external communications tools (like Cision) as needed + Develop content publishing and employee engagement strategies aligned to corporate communications goals; build roadmaps for communications technology adoption and process improvements + Lead strategic partnerships with IT and HR leadership to drive communications technology investments and system enhancements; deploy and manage new communications technologies, ensuring smooth adoption and ease of use across teams + Make strategic recommendations on communications technology investments and process improvements; influence cross-departmental decisions that affect team operations and employee experience + Document team processes and manage shared resources (Teams, SharePoint, etc.) to streamline workflows and champion governance across communications platforms; design scalable solutions that improve team productivity and employee experience + Partner with internal and external communications leads to schedule, post, and maintain coordinated editorial calendars that ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels + Pull channel analytics and performance metrics (email open rates, intranet visits, engagement data); support leadership in generating regular insights reports that demonstrate communication effectiveness and turn data into actionable recommendations + Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies (AI, analytics, etc.) for communications tech stack adoption; influence organizational technology decisions that impact team capabilities and effectiveness **Qualifications:** + 5–8 years of experience in communications, digital content operations, or channel management + Demonstrated expertise with internal and external communications platforms like Poppulo, SharePoint, enterprise intranets, and social media scheduling tools + Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail; proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment + Comfort working with communications, technology, and HR teams; excellent stakeholder management skills + A systems thinker who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution; experience turning data into insights and actionable recommendations + Proven ability to spot inefficiencies and design scalable solutions that improve team productivity and employee experience + Strong writing skills and presentation abilities **Education** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience **Physical Demands** : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 - 50 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus.
