About the Role

As a Digital Campaign Subchapter Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in advancing Roche’s digital capabilities globally. From leading a talented team to coordinating cutting-edge initiatives in Social Media Management, Creative Design, Marketing Automation, and more, you’ll help shape our long-term digital strategy.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver world-class digital campaigns.Drive strategic priorities and align with partners across the organization.Build a culture of collaboration, sharing, and continuous improvement.Optimize resources, foster innovation, and stay ahead of digital trends.Establish governance principles and manage processes at the center of excellence.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of digital marketing and operations experience (omnichannel focus).Proven success driving impactful digital campaigns and content strategies.3+ years of leadership experience with coaching and team development.Strong communicator, innovative thinker, and problem-solver.Passionate about technology and navigating complex, multicultural environments.
