The PositionJob Summary:
This role will lead the team and represents the customers' perspectives to co-create the digital portfolio roadmap and ensure our digital commercial success. You will drive the end-to-end digital product commercialization through integrated GTM ownership, serve as the central liaison for Customer Areas and RIS team, standardizes the digital product hierarchy, expands commercial models, and manages commercial performance.
The opportunity:
Work with the senior management team on high-level forecasts, growth plans, strategies, and tactics for digital products
Lead the team to co-create the digital portfolio roadmap with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Roche’s global digital strategy and local market dynamics.
Identify and prioritize customer needs for product development, leveraging real-world data analytics and customer feedback to verify the delivery of product features.
Act as the primary Liaison between the RD China affiliate and RIS China, fostering seamless collaboration and driving strategic initiatives.
Drive the end-to-end commercialization of digital products through integrated GTM ownership, ensuring market intelligence, product evolution, and commercial performance.
Lead the expansion of commercial models, exploring new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
Implement real-time commercial performance monitoring to ensure target attainment, design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, and demonstrate the value proposition of digital solutions.
Who you are:
Education & Qualifications:
MBA or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, Business or Biomedical Sciences
Management experience in the healthcare/software industry
Leadership skills, including strategic thinking, creativity, integrity, trust, accountability, credibility, judgment, persuasion/influence, fairness and high ethical standards
Ability to positively approach new challenges and opportunities, using creative thought processes to uniquely solve problems
Ability to build and execute processes with a mindset toward the future
Strong strategic planning skills and ability to build and execute processes with a future-oriented mindset.
High tolerance for ambiguity and strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
High level of written and oral communication skills, Fluent in Mandarin and English
Global experience
Experience:
5+ years in IVD/digital health, with proven success in launching IVD-complementary digital solutions. Mastery in translating market insights into actionable strategies
Significant experience driving commercial strategy and sales for software industry supplying into healthcare
Leadership and management experience in healthcare industry, digital experience is plus
Adept at influencing senior stakeholders in healthcare systems
Experience influencing sales across functional teams in areas such as: Software development sales, business development & product marketing
Service & value-based procurement experience
