Kforce has a client in San Diego, CA that is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to drive insight and execution across a wide array of programs supporting customer satisfaction, tax accuracy, sentiment recovery, and service operations. This role blends advanced data capabilities with cross-functional collaboration to help shape data-informed outreach and recovery strategies.
Typical Day Breakdown:
* Hands-on development work-coding in SQL and Python, especially within the Databricks environment
* Analytical work focused on generating actionable insights from large datasets
* Collaboration with stakeholders across AI science, data engineering, and product management teams
* Support list management and execution of dialer and multi-touch campaigns (email, SMS, calls)
* Develop and maintain dashboards, data pipelines, and API integrations that support timely outreach
* Navigate compliance requirements (e.g., Sanctions Screening, National DNC)
* Support push-to-cart voucher programs and coordinate with external teams as needed
* Partner cross-functionally with marketing, CX, product, vendors, and other analytics teams
* Conduct ad hoc analysis and support experimentation, including A/B testing and optimization of outreach strategies
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to scale automation and outreach tooling
Monitor and analyze performance of CX programs, including:
* Sub-Par Experiences and Paid Not Filed follow-up
* E-File Reject CJO
* OINP for Money
* Automated Refunds
* Login issues
* Tax Accuracy errors
* Sentiment-based and Service Recovery outreach initiatives
