**Job Description Summary** We are seeking a proactive, creative and commercially savvy communications specialist to promote and protect the Colibrium Additive brand. In this role you will develop and execute design and communications strategies that enhance our brand image and reputation. You will also ensure consistent messaging, engage target audiences and support our business objectives across both digital and offline channels. Our communicators tell the story of who we are, what we do, and the amazing people who are advancing technology for future generations. Focused on creating strategies and campaigns to authentically tell our story. **Job Description** Design: Act as our in-house design focal for corporate communications and marcom content. Work in parallel with design and brand counterparts at GE Aerospace, as well as agency partners, when needed. Content Management: Lead content planning and development across all channels. Collaborate with Product Management, and the wider Communications team to ensure brand messaging aligns with business priorities. Digital Brand Presence: Maintain four websites, ensuring content is current, on-brand and optimized for user experience. Own and execute multilingual SEO best practices, in partnership with our SEO agency partner. Lead day-to-day content planning and execution on LinkedIn. Brand Governance and Asset Management: Ensure consistent and compliant application of our brand guidelines across internal teams, external sales partners and other stakeholders. Manage and update brand assets including logos, templates, and image libraries. Insights and Analytics: Track content and SEO performance, analyse results, and make data-driven recommendations to improve reach, engagement and effectiveness. **Skills and Qualifications** + Graphic design background, ideally with hands-on experience in Adobe Creative Suite environment (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other platforms, such as KeyShot. + Experience in brand governance, brand asset management and digital communications—in-house or at an agency. + Strong planning and traffic/ project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines. + Excellent writing, editing and proofing skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency. + Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across teams and levels. + Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a matrix or cross-functional environment. + Awareness of communications trends, digital best practices and evolving audience behaviours. + Fluent English. Proficiency in German and/or French is a plus. **Desirable Skills** + Experience in B2B sectors such as manufacturing, industrial technology, or regulated industries. + Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including supporting executive communications and managing social media presence. + Familiarity with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, SEO tools and terminology and other emerging communications technologies. + Experience with digital asset management and content planning tools, such as Airtable and Acquia. **About Us** Colibrium Additive is a division of GE Aerospace, focused on metal additive technologies.
