Wealthand Personal Banking- Retail Distribution

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With around 255 branches and automated banking centres, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population in Hong Kong while offering an extensive range of products to our valued customers.

Principal responsibilities

Mange queue and provide customer services in bank hall through efficient and customer-friendly servicesProactively identify and digitize banking services and banking solutions to strenghten digital customer services and experiencesReact proactively to customers’ requests and ensure service level is in line with bank standardsHandle customers' issues and escalate when appropriate according to supervisor’s guidanceAssist branch in achieving sales targets through referrals or cross-sellingProvide non-cash transaction, support branch administrative and operational duties and adhere to control procedures and internal guidelines
