Apply now for Digital & Automation Business Development Manager position and play a key role in leading this exciting business line, and support customers on how digital solutions and automation can help healthcare services providers manage the challenges of today’s healthcare environment, increasing shortage of staff, the rising demand for imaging and the need to manage and leverage the vast amount of data for patient care. 
Your Role:Your responsibilities will include leading and implementing the digital and automation plan in Vietnam, driving orders and revenue in Vietnam and executive relationships with customers and partners to establish new business ecosystem, and working closely with the country field team s to drive the day-to-day interactions with prospects to build a strong sales funnel and drive funnel to close with short- to long-term business opportunities. You will drive approach to support public and private healthcare players to leverage Siemens Healthineers’ digital and automation technology to meet their patient, business, and service delivery needs. You will also work closely with the product/technical services/customer service teams, regional and global healthcare teams, and communities to help them shape future of healthcare needs in Vietnam. The D&A Business Development Manager, Vietnam is expected to contribute to accelerate the growth and development of digital health business, including: Business Planning: You will actively engage with customers to create opportunities, drive order, revenue and profit growth in digital and automation business.Business Development: You will be working closely with field sales team, key accounts managers, partners, Identification and development of customer digital strategy and opportunities, client requirement analysis, development of digitalization roadmap /proposals, client presentations, tender specification etc. Solution Design, RFI and RFP Response: You will anchor proposal response to SIEMENS HEALTHINEERS's active pursuits in both Public and Private Sector for targeting Digital Health opportunities. You would be responsible to work closely with technical service team, the Technical and Solution Design and articulating the proposed - Approach and Methodology, Project Plan, SOW etc. for the proposals. You will lead the tender submission process and drive tender to close.  KAM and Sales Development: You will support and lead learning and development initiatives for the team/project/organization in Digital & Automation. Project Delivery: Understand client requirements, project scope and deliverables; SOW; Lead project delivery and manage coordination with internal and external stakeholders etc. Working closely with Customer Success Team post-delivery.  Operational excellence: You will ensure project profitability, timely delivery of projects, quality & risk management, positive feedback from the client, etc. Customer Success: You will work closely with sales, and customer service team, to drive customer success and grow the customer share-of-wallet in digital health solution.  Partner Development: You will develop, expand, and drive business growth with partners and build digital eco-system. Thought Leadership and C-level engagement: You will drive thought leadership with C-level for digital transformation in healthcare, build strong pipeline for short to long-term business.  Your Expertise:You have 5-10 years of relevant healthcare IT experience, strong healthcare IT background, supporting diverse set of healthcare customers, with strong network and relationship in the healthcare IT field.You can drive key stakeholders’ management in key accounts, professional sales process, funnel management, continuously grow the share-of-wallet with customers.  You can influence field sales teams and execute to achieve and exceed year on year new business growth. Strong ownership and history meeting and exceeding quota/ revenue targets You have demonstrated success in working with customers, vendors, partners and in cross-functional teams You have experience in Healthcare IT technologies, digital diagnostic (LIS), Imaging (PACS, RIS,..) and clinical systems (EMR,EHR,..), standards (IHE profiles, DICOM, HL7v2. x.,FHIR, CDA, SNOMED), workflows and healthcare environment.  You have experience working with SQL, Java, VB, TCL, ORACLE, Unix, VMWare, Redhat, Linux, Microsoft Azure, AWS in Cloud/SaaS business operation.  You have experience in developing and executing successful business development in healthcare industry in Vietnam. You are result-oriented, with proven track record to exceeding sales order and revenue in healthcare IT industry, building strong funnel and profitable revenue growth. You possess strong ownership, good leadership, sales and business development skill, communication capability, organizational capability, presentation skill You have consultative Selling Skill to articulate the business value, ROI impact with digitalization to key stakeholders and C-level.  You have excellent project management and organization skills with effective reporting, communication, strong team players and management skills Independent, self-motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow-through. You possess ability to prioritize work considering a complex matrix of inputs, be a fast learner and agile adaptability to new technology and update.  You are fluent in English  Academic Background:  
You possess a degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field  Post-Graduation (preferable but not mandatory for candidates with strong experience): MCA / M. Tech  Prior experience of proposal development and managing projects for government clients and large private hospital groups.
