Digital Authoring Specialist

What you’ll do

Successfully implement digital campaigns/content builds and serve as the day-to-day authoring contact for CTC banners and interrelated business teams, in addition to coordinating communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Manage work back schedules to stay on track for successful authoring and publishing delivery

Build, test and deploy digital content updates as requested (both in English and French) on multiple channels (responsive web, app, in-store)

Provide subject matter expertise to business partners

Maintain the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards

Test, maintain and improve customer experiences on the websites

Use scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications and digital media

HTML/CSS/JavaScript work where required

Liaise with IT and creative when required on project work and functional enhancements

What you bring

2-3 years experience in a digital environment

A university degree, or experience that is equivalent, coupled with an online certificate

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Business knowledge around e-merchandising principals and processes

Good understanding of HTML/JavaScript and Adobe Experience Manager

Experience with Adobe Target an asset

Team player with the ability to manage relationships with multiple cross-functional teams

Organizational and attention to detail are a must

Excellent time management and project management skills

French is an asset
