Main responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of approximately 12 digital professionals (internal staff and contractors) distributed across three chemistry platform sitesDrive digital operational excellence and continuous improvement for all digital services, including infrastructure, applications (MES, LIMS, ERP, AI/GenAI), and cybersecurityPartner with business leaders and M&S digital product lines to identify needs, shape strategy, and deliver solutions that maximize business valueManage the digital portfolio and budget for the chemistry platform, participating in Strategic Plan and Long-Range Planning cyclesEnsure compliance with quality, regulatory (GxP, SOX, data privacy), and cybersecurity standards while maintaining site cybersecurity performance targetsOversee daily operations, service continuity, and relationships with suppliers and service providersChampion digital transformation initiatives that enhance manufacturing processes and supply chain efficiency

About you

Experience:

Proven track record in IT leadership roles within pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing, ideally in multi-site environments

Soft and technical skills:

Strong leadership with experience managing geographically dispersed teamsDeep knowledge of industrial IT systems (MES, LIMS, SCADA, ERP) and digital transformation in manufacturingAgile mindset with expertise in project management, change management, and business partneringStrategic thinking with strong decision-making and consulting abilitiesUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and GxP compliance requirementsComfortable with regular travel between sites

Education:

Engineering degree or Master's in computer science, information systems, or related field

Languages:
