As a Digital and Web Executive, you will ensure flawless consumer experiences across the IQOS online platform and mobile application. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact digital projects, including website enhancements, app functionality updates, and SEO optimization, while ensuring alignment with global standards and local market needs. The role combines deep technical expertise with creative problem-solving to implement solutions that improve performance and compliance.
Your ‘Day to Day’:
Owning the end-to-end management of IQOS.com and the IQOS App, ensuring platforms are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business objectives.Overseeing regular updates, maintenance, and enhancements to improve usability and consumer experience.Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and global guidelines across all digital touchpoints.Acting as the main point of contact for platform-related issues and improvements, driving timely resolutions.Overseeing the preparation, review, and deployment of digital content and assets for both website and app updates.Ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and delivers a consistent consumer experience across platforms.Managing timelines and workflows to guarantee on-time delivery of campaign assets and updates.Developing and execute strategies to improve iqos.com visibility and ranking through effective SEO practices.Monitoring and analyzing website performance metrics, finding opportunities for optimization and growth.Collaborating with content teams to ensure all digital assets are optimized for search engines and consumer engagement.Leading accessibility audits and implement necessary improvements to maintain compliance standards.Collaborating with technical teams to integrate accessibility features seamlessly into existing platforms.Identifying and implement innovative digital solutions that enhance user experience and engagement (e.g., pop-ups, new functionalities, usability improvements).Monitoring emerging trends and technologies, proactively suggesting enhancements to keep platforms competitive and consumer-centric.Ensuring that all systems, programs and activities are in full compliance with local market regulations, the PMI Marketing code and business conduct policies and practices.
Who We’re Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Web Design, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or Digital Product Management within FMCG, Tech, or Consumer Goods industries.Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven track record in optimizing digital platforms (websites and mobile apps), including UX improvements, accessibility compliance, and performance monitoring.Experience in SEO and analytics, driving organic traffic growth and improving search rankings.Hands-on involvement in digital transformation projects, including implementing new functionalities, conducting UAT, and ensuring timely delivery within SLAs.Knowledge of consumer journey mapping and optimization, ensuring seamless and engaging digital experiences.Experience in presenting strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
