Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and execute the digital and automation product strategy for downstream industrial chemicals.Align product development with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.Prioritize features and technologies that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability.Portfolio Management:
Oversee lifecycle from concept to launch, including upgrades and end-of-life planning.Collaborate with R&D, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams.Market Intelligence and Customer Engagement
Monitor competitors, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes.Gather customer feedback to refine product offerings.Support sales teams with technical expertise and product positioning.Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field.Experience: 10+ years’ experience in Downstream chemicals, with 3+ years in digital/automation product management.Familiarity with DCS, SCADA, PLC systems.Knowledge of IIoT, AI/ML applications in process industries.Strong understanding of downstream chemical operations and economics.Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
