Job Description
We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Digital Analyst to join our growing Insights, Digital and Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital metrics across all platforms, defining and managing data feeds, and delivering actionable performance reporting. Your insights will directly influence our digital advertising and marketing strategies, helping us optimize campaigns and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Metrics Development: Design and implement KPIs and performance metrics across web, mobile, social, and paid media platforms.
Data Feed Management: Define, validate, and maintain data feeds from various digital sources (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, ad servers, CRM systems).
Performance Reporting: Build and automate dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, user behavior, and ROI.
Cross-Platform Analysis: Analyze data across multiple digital channels to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, media, and product teams to translate business goals into measurable digital strategies.
Tool Utilization: Leverage tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital analytics within digital advertising or digital marketing environments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Adobe Analytics), tag management systems, and data visualization platforms.
Analytical Mindset: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
Knowledge of digital media buying platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
