Digital Agent Experience Analyst

Chubb is looking for experienced professionals with a background in the intersections of business and technology to join our Digital Agent experience Team. This is a permanent full-time position and a compelling opportunity to join a growing, financially stable, and successful company. This position will support Chubb’s agent facing portal (as well as companion identity management application), which offers our agents and brokers easy access to online placement solutions, customer service options and marketing and sales tools that provide our agents the information they need to learn about, sell, and service our mutual clients.

 

Key Responsibilities will include:

Assist in managing day-to-day operations and activities of Chubb Agent Portal and related systems and projectsAssist in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for related projects (along with IT business analyst)Support and participate in test execution and other QA activitiesSupport delivery of product and application demonstrations/presentationsProvide training for internal and external clients as neededAnalyze and create reports using Excel, Qlik, and Google AnalyticsDevelop procedures and workflows for new functionalityDraft communications, create/update marketing materials, and coordinate communications (when applicable)Escalate issues/risks to management when necessaryCollege graduate with 3+ years of experience in insurance, financial, or technology industriesPreferably, experience in property & casualty insurance and/or web technologiesMeticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to qualityKnowledge of requirements writing and technical documentationStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsHighly self-motivated, adaptable to changing environments, and able to work with minimal supervisionExcellent interpersonal skills and effective team player; ability to cultivate relationships in a multi-divisional, geographically dispersed organizationStrong written and verbal communication skills, including customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

 

The pay range for the role is $62,000 to $105,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website.  The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
