DIGITAL ACQUISITION & CONVERSION MANAGER

 

Position: As Digital Acquisition & Conversion Manager, you will have responsibility for consumer acquisition via online channels working with local marketing teams to amplify JTI’s brands through best in class creative and support in brand awareness initiatives. You will:

 

Own local digital acquisition strategy via Display, infrastructure apps etc. Drive digital campaign briefs with agencies and lead digital planning sessions with external agencies to achieve marketing objectives. Align with ecommerce for acquisition and conversion efforts. Be a key contributor to the Digital Communication Strategy working closely with Marketing Brand to ensure Acquisition needs are met. Implement audit results delivered by global team. Manage agencies for effective campaigns and weekly progress. Oversee campaigns, testing, publishing, and optimization. Day-to-day management and localization of all aspects of campaign development. Integrate an A/B testing strategy across channels. Ensure all campaigns are tagged for effective reporting. Collaborate with Digital Retention & Advocacy Manager. Support Trade team to drive footfall and in-store conversions. Identify ways to engage consumer digitally in retail. Continuously report on activity, KPIs, and budget, extracting insights. Stay aware of digital multichannel trends and competition. Amplify local digital initiatives with digital operational hub.

 

Requirements

 

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 3-5 years of digital acquisition and conversion experience. Strong numerical, budget management, presentation and reporting skills. Proficient in digital channels, creative standards, and formats. Skilled in directing traffic to conversion pages with ecommerce collaboration. Advanced English with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
