Difference Maker: Special Education Teacher Pay: $50/hour Start Date: January 5th or ASAP Schedule: Full-Time About the Role We’re looking for a passionate Elementary Special Education Instructor to join a supportive school community in Grafton, WI. This position is perfect for an educator committed to empowering students with diverse learning needs and helping them achieve success. Key Responsibilities + Deliver individualized instruction aligned with IEP goals. + Collaborate closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers. + Track student progress and maintain accurate records. + Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting. + Create an inclusive and encouraging classroom environment. Qualifications + Valid Wisconsin DPI Special Education License (cross-categorical or area-specific required). + Experience in elementary education preferred. + Strong communication and teamwork skills. + Ability to apply evidence-based instructional strategies effectively.
