Job Summary
We are seeking a per diem, Dietitian to pick up a minimum of 2, 8-hour shifts a month from 8:00am- 4:30pm or 8:30am-5:00pm, primarily on Fridays.The Registered Dietitian will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical nutrition guidance to diabetic patients, patients who are at risk for diabetes, and patients scheduled for surgery in our outpatient setting.
Patient visits will be a combination of new patient initial nutrition assessments, follow-ups, nutrition education, weight management, pre- and post-op plan of care.
This is an opportunity to work autonomously as a dietitian but also collaborate with our surgeon and NP to individualize care for every patient! Our team is here to support patients along the way and give them the education and accountability to be successful!
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree Clinical Dietitian required or
Master's Degree Dietitian preferred

Experience
