**Reports to:** Food Services Supervisor
**Position Purpose:**
St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a full time Dietary Aide to join our Dietary Team!
**What You Will Do:**
+ Dietary Aides are to complete daily responsibilities that may include meal assembly, cold food preparation, utility and dish room functions, and preparing coffee and other drinks in our coffee shop.
+ Preparing meals, snacks and beverages following specific procedures
+ Serving meals, ensuring food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
+ Staying current on the individual procedures and protocols for their facilities, including state-specified rules and regulations
+ Setting up and taking down dining areas and assisting with kitchen maintenance and general cleaning
+ Assisting with educational programs on nutrition
+ Talking to patients on the phone and receiving their meal order
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ HS diploma or equivalency (preferred)
+ Barista or food service experience
+ 1 year experience (minimum)
+ 2-4 years experience (preferred)
