Unlock your potential! **Job Summary and Qualifications** The Dietary Aide will be a competent Support Services employee who is responsible for the cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies in the Food & Nutrition Department. This role will provide excellent customer service to all patients and employees. What you will do in this role: + You will assist with food preparations and ensure that the meals adhere to an individual's specific diet plans + You will strictly follow sanitation standards and hygiene procedures to guarantee the safety and quality of the service + You will perform routine tasks related to clean up and sanitation of kitchen, dining or serving areas + You will prepare, serve and store food in accordance with facility policies + You will utilize service methods and food handling techniques to ensure quality What qualifications you will need: + High School Degree / Equivalent preferred + 1 year of food handling experience preferred + Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate within 90 days of hire TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center is a 150 bed hospital that has provided high-quality health care for over 40 years.
