If you're an experienced diesel technician or heavy truck mechanic looking for a long-term career with great pay and benefits, apply today!** **💰** **Pay & Schedule** + **Hourly Pay** : $35.00 – $36.00 + **$1.50/hr shift differential** + **Schedule** : Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM + **Bonus** : $5,000 **Stay-On Bonus** **🔧** **Key Responsibilities** + Perform **preventive maintenance** and **repairs** on diesel trucks and heavy equipment. + Diagnose and repair **electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems** . + Use **vehicle diagnostic tools** to identify and resolve mechanical issues. + Conduct **safety inspections** and ensure compliance with **OSHA standards** . + Maintain accurate records using **fleet maintenance software** . + Address issues from **Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs)** . + Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment. + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. **✅** **Qualifications** + **1+ year** of diesel mechanic or heavy truck repair experience, or completion of a vocational-technical program. + **CDL preferred** (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). + Must have **personal tools** . + Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. + Ability to read and interpret **technical manuals** and service documentation. + **Welding experience** is a plus!
