Read and follow instructions on factory mastersTake correct printing dies to press department machinesPick up all printing dies from press department machines and return to die room after order is completeWash all dirty printing dies, remove tape, and band typeReplace printing dies in proper sequence on printing die rackInspect all incoming dies for any necessary repairsAssist Die Mounter in pulling printing and cutting dies for press department machinesAssist Die Mounter in pulling load tagsSort and file load tagsMake BMC and box ID stripsBe able to hand unitize unitsGlue and seal loose dies returned from machinesCross-train for other job positions as necessaryTwo-man feed when necessaryAssist in keeping die room clean and organizedComplete necessary reports in an accurate and timely mannerReceive orders in SAP/AmtechGeneral management of files (open/save) in illustrator and ArtiosUpload and Manage tooling information in DAMNew Item Notification and Communication in OutlookCutting Die/Print Plate check in-Ensure received items match specificationRequest materials to be ordered with all applicable information to PurchasingRepair Dies (printing/cutting) as neededLearn relevant local and company requirements, rules and procedures.  Strictly follows rules and guidelines and always uses the right procedure for the job. JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to write legibly in English.Must be able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy.Prior work experience in the corrugated industry.6 months’ experience in the Press and Finishing Department.Able to work flexible hoursHigh School Diploma /GED required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

To successfully perform the essential functions of this role it requires the ability to: stand occasionally, walk frequently, frequent use of hands (reach with hands and arms), view computer monitor, use telephone, speak and listen frequently.
