Install, align, and secure dies in presses or other metal forming machinesSet up machines for production runs based on job specificationsAdjust machine settings to achieve proper die function and product qualityInspect and test dies to ensure they are operating correctlyPerform routine maintenance and minor repairs on dies and pressesTroubleshoot and resolve die-related issues during productionDocument setups, maintenance, and downtime in logs or computer systemsCollaborate with maintenance, tool & die, and production teamsAdhere to all safety protocols and company policies
