General Overview:
Seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead a multi-skilled die maintenance team. This role encompasses oversight of die condition, corrective actions, preventive maintenance, and machine shop operations, along with personnel management.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and plan manpower across die maintenance and machine shop areas.
Investigate die-related issues using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs for all dies.
Establish and oversee die maintenance policies, practices, and procedures.
Create and manage skill development programs for die maintenance associates.
Prioritize and manage downtime (DT) schedules.
Ensure safety, quality, cost control, and timely delivery across die maintenance and machine shop operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
