Essential Responsibilities
Perform Diaphragm Support Operator duties including but not limited to deburr of steam and/or gas turbine components, band match operation, keys and wax operation, nozzle area adjustments, blast cleaningFollow methods, planning, drawings, and detailed verbal and written instructionsInterface with team members including engineering, quality, and production controlPerform material handling duties as required [fork truck operation required]Safely perform required rigging tasks and lifts using cranes and related equipmentPerform operator preventative maintenance per workstation standardsMay perform box/pack/ship functions including but not limited to preserving, packaging and crating components (includes using power tools); maintaining accurate packing lists and records; and loading shipments on transport vehicles.May be required to provide production line support (i.e. water spider)Communicate effectively and work well with othersMaintain accurate written and computer recordsRead and understand engineering drawings and specificationsPerform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications
High School Diploma / GEDEligibility Requirements:
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and wear PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, etc.) with or without reasonable accommodation.Flexibility: Willingness to work B shift (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM; Monday - Thursday).Pay Rate: The starting pay for this position is $25.6630. This position is also eligible for the 10% of base wage Night Shift Bonus (NSB). This posting is expected to close Sept 1st, 2025.
