To lead a team in the enhancement of call centre outbound sales capability for new and existing offerings in achievement of set contact centre business goals

Are you someone who can:

Manage operations of team in monitoring effectiveness of outbound communication in terms of utilising the correct channels and messaging; timing and frequencyEstablish best practice for outbound call centre to enhance the capabilityEnsure design of communication strategies across the customer journey that supports the achievement of business goalsPropose outbound communication strategies for new productsInvestigate and ensure testing of propose technologies that can improve the ability to liaise with clients more effectivelyEnsure understanding of client user requirements through the facilitation of business process focus groupsConduct client focus groups including work study analysis to derive a clear understanding of client user needs and requirementsEnhance outbound communication capability across segment to deliver on outbound call centres strategic intent

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

Must have NQF level 5 or 6 is essentialProven track record in a managerial role with extensive experience.Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking and data analysisMust have Strategic and Data analysis skillExposure to marketing campaigns required
