As a Dialer Administrator in Direct Axis, you will be responsible to provide tools and management information to support business strategy, by developing dialler strategies and managing day to day dialler operations

Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations throughproactive, innovative and appropriate solutionsDevelop campaigns and load onto dialer to drive collections/sales/operations strategy within agreed turnaround times and deadlinesMinimise dialer and agent downtime by planning effective campaigns with appropriate workload and balancing of workload between collectorsProduce accurate MIS to develop campaigns and track dialer performance, track campaign progress and provide feedback.Ensure that poor data integrity does not compromise campaign efficiencyDialer managementCampaign and leads distributionDialer MIS – campaigns, staff optimization, capacity planningIT/system related role to support collections/sales/operations functionContribute to the delivery of business results (e.g. cash collected, leads converted) through dialer campaignsManage own development to increase own competencies
